Adam S.  Founder and Roaster.  An adventurer.  You can find him climbing trees, chasing flowy single track, swimming in glacial lakes and roaming the streets of Ohio with his over excited dog.  He started roasting on a whim on his back patio in Houston, TX which has led him on an exploration to roast, brew and share the experience of great coffee.

Adam H. Jack of all trades. Keeps the team on track and motivated with the right music, at the right time.  Adam enjoys keeping his '84 VW Vanagon running just well enough to make it to Bonnaroo without breaking down more than twice on the way.

TJ: Team Morale Booster and Padawan Roaster. He is a lover of outdoors, early mornings, and spending quality time with his close friends. His most recent interests include: rock climbing, baking bread, and being a dad. He enjoys many beverages with his breakfast (most important meal of the day!) and likes his coffee strong. You can find him climbing a 5.10, napping along the trail in his ENO, or singing songs by 'The Band' to his daughter.
