This heirloom coffee is grown in Yirgacheffee is processed at the Dumerso mill in town. The Dumerso mill is owned and operated by the Birhanu family and his farm employs over 400 people.
We roast all of our coffees just past first crack, to preserve the natural flavors that come from where and how the coffee was grown.
In this coffee, you can expect a more acidic mouthfeel, with bold tasting notes citrus and jasmine. Some blueberry sweetness, characteristic of beans from the Yirgacheffe region should also shine through.
